Good coffee doesn't just happen by an accident. It requires a lot of knowledge, concentration, invisible work, and most of all, passion. We may not always take ourselves so seriously, but coffee is serious for us.
In Sävy we use freshly roasted & ground coffee from small producers that are officially evaluated in to best 5% in the world. All the coffees comes from single estate which means that the origin of the coffee is extremely well traceable. Milk has an important role in specialty coffee so we have decided to use Organic Milk from Finnish cows. As a non dairy option we are using oat milk which we think is not only one of the most sustainable options but also extremely tasty one as well.
Unfortunately, good ingredients are not enough, you also need to know how to make best out of them. In that case we challenge ourselves some time to time...
